Holiday Gift Guide For Her: Under $50

As promised, I will be continuing the gift guide series throughout the next couple months! So today I am talking about gifts for the girl in your clan that are under $50. Whether you are shopping for a friend, teacher, neighbor, or co-worker, there is a gift for everyone! This season's expenses can add up quickly, but you don't have to spend a ton of money to give a thoughtful gift. Afterall, it's the thought that counts right? Two of my favorites on this list are the Swell Bottle, and the Marble Iphone Case. I have several Swell bottles in various sizes, and use them daily! These bottles keep your drinks cold for 24 hours, and hot for 12. The Marble Iphone Case is currently on my personal wish list for this year (*insert heart eyes emoji*) - I linked the case for the Iphone 7, but you can find the same one for the Iphone 6 here. PS, you can never go wrong with white, gold, and marble - am I right!?

Cozy Mock Neck Sweater & Quilted Jacket

This has been one of the most popular pullovers this season and of the four color options, this one is probably my favorite. It's roomy, long enough for leggings, and the chunky rib knit design provides a perfect laid back look no matter what you pair it with. Coming in at $39, this sweater needs to be on your holiday wish list. I purchased my Michael Kors jacket during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, and am finally getting some use out of it! It's currently on sale, but sizing is limited, so don't wait too long!

I got burned out listening to politics last night, so I turned on the Hallmark channel and started watching Christmas movies. Shane thought I was crazy, but I swear once November hits it feels like the holidays to me! If it weren't for the fact that we get a real tree every year, and travel during Thanksgiving, I would be putting up ornaments as we speak. Am I the only one whose Christmas crazy!?

Holiday Gift Guide For The Hostess

It's that time of year again! With only a little over two weeks until Thanksgiving, the holiday season is upon us and I couldn't be more excited! With that being said, things can get a little crazy and somewhat overwhelming when it comes to thinking about gifts for people. We attend numerous holiday parties between November and December each year, and the topic of what to bring the host of the party is always brought up. So, in the hopes of making your life a little easier, I've put together the ultimate holiday gift guide for every host or hostess on your list!

1. Jo Malone Mini Candle Collection - 5 charming miniature candles ready to bring anyones home the scent of holiday cheer! Candles are one of my favorite gift items, and with 5 scents theres sure to be one they love.

2. Copper Salt & Pepper Set (currently on sale) - Elegant battery operated mills add fresh ground salt or pepper to any meal with a flip of the wrist! If you turn these bad boys upside down above food, the blades automatically begin to whirl, how cool is that!? I have these in silver, and love them - wish I had the copper!

3. Marble Wine Chiller - Functional and beautiful to look at, this wine chiller is sure to steal the show! This would be a great gift paired with a bottle of wine.

4. Give Thanks Guest Book - It doesn't get more appropriate than this if you're headed to Friendsgiving, or the in-laws for Thanksgiving! Give the gift of sweet sentiments and memories for years to come.

5. Nest Holiday Candle - This is my favorite thing on the list! I stopped by Nordstrom and happened to pick this up and couldn't leave without one. Not only does it smell like Holiday heaven, the packaging is beautiful! I linked the single candle, but it comes in sets too!

6. Set of 3 Cozy Cocktail Mix's - Tis the season of festive handcrafted mixers! William Sonoma's mixers never disappoint. I haven't tried this particular set, but I've never picked up a mixer from them I didn't like. Add a spirit of choice, and voila!

7. Gold Monogram Mug - Add a personalized touch with this monogrammed mug for the host or hostess who loves coffee, tea, or hot chocolate! This is a perfect gift by itself, but you could also easily add a package of hot chocolate and marshmellows!

8. Set of 4 Monogram Stemless Wine Glasses - 24K gold rimmed wine glasses with a single block initial!? Need I say more? This is seriously the perfect gift for the wine lover and will be usefull for entertaining purposes as well!

9. Fall Cakelet Pan - How cute is this?! This would be the perfect gift for the host or hostess who loves to bake! Pair it with one of William Sonoma's Pumpkin Bread mix's and you're sure to be a fan favorite.

10. Hot Chocolate - This is the perfect gift idea if you're not trying to spend an arm and a leg on a holiday gift! It's thoughtful, and almost everyone loves hot chocolate during the holiday season. Plus, how cute is the packaging?!

11. Winterberry Kitchen Essentials - Lift your hosts holiday spirits with a fruit fresh blend of pomegranite, cassis, and sweet orange! I personally have this, and love the entire set. The entire set is made with natural ingredients that are also easy on your skin! So if you have someone who has everything, this is the way to go!

Happy Shopping :)

Cupcakes & Cashmere Plaid Tunic

You can't have fall without wearing plaid right?! right. Plaid or flannel is a classic item for your fall wardrobe, and there are tons of color options to go around! This cupcakes & cashmere tunic caught my eye because I'm currently loving grey jeans, so the grey and maroon pattern matched my denim perfectly. Even better news, it's currently on sale for 40% off!

We are headed to Clemson to watch them play Syracuse this weekend with a group of friends, and I cannot wait to get there! Clemson football and tailgating are amongst some of my favorite fall activities, if you haven't ever been to a Clemson game - add it to the list, it's an experience in itself. What are you guys getting into this weekend?!

Garnet Loose Knit Sweater

Being that I am a Clemson fan, I hate to admit this, but I love garnet. It's such a beautiful color, and looks great on anyone! The second I saw this sweater I was drawn to it. The material almost feels like velvet on your skin, and I can't even begin to describe how warm it is! Definitely perfect for fall temperatures if you don't want to layer & it's currently on sale! These jeans are also a favorite of mine, I had a little sticker shock with the price, but they're also the softest jeans I own and unique in color. If you're not looking to spend that much on jeans, try these or these as a dupe.

Did anyone catch the Clemson game last night?! I was literally sitting on the edge of my seat the entire game! We are off to watch the Panthers play today, hope everyone has a great Sunday funday! xxx.

The Perfect Neutral Sweater & Scarf Duo

Tis the season for blanket scarves and oversized sweaters my friends, and I just can't get enough! This neutral duo is a showstopper, I mean have you ever seen a scarf and sweater match so perfectly?! If you've been following along, you've probably noticed I have this mock neck sweater in multiple colors (see this post), because why not? It's at the perfect price point, it's versatile, and great quality. I paired it with white jeans for this outfit (I obviously don't follow the rules), which really helped play up the neutral tones for a crisp look. These Vince Camuto pumps are still a fav of mine, and super comfortable! I wear them to work regularly, and they don't bother my feet at all - highly reccommend.

Can ya'll believe it's almost November already!? What are your Thanksgiving plans? We just booked our annual trip to Breckenridge, CO with my family, and I am literally counting down the days. Colorado is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen, if you haven't been, you must add it to your bucket list right now!

Fall Florals

I've never met a bell sleeve I didn't love! Ya'll, this dress was one of the first things I saw when I walked into Nordstrom a few weekends ago. I typically am not a big floral person, but for some reason this little number just caught my eye, and I couldn't wait to try it on. I love how feminine and flirty the babydoll style is, and it looks absolutely amazing with these over the knee boots (which are 25% off right now). To me, this is the perfect look for fall - it will definitely be on repeat!

These pictures were taken during our trip to the pumpkin patch last weekend! Yes, we are adults & yes, we do still go to the pumpkin patch. This is a tradition that both Shane and I grew up with, and we don't plan on changing that anytime soon! Also, if you live in Charlotte - you must go to the Kings Drive Farmers Market and check out the Mums, they are to die for!!!
