Garnet Loose Knit Sweater

Being that I am a Clemson fan, I hate to admit this, but I love garnet. It's such a beautiful color, and looks great on anyone! The second I saw this sweater I was drawn to it. The material almost feels like velvet on your skin, and I can't even begin to describe how warm it is! Definitely perfect for fall temperatures if you don't want to layer & it's currently on saleThese jeans are also a favorite of mine, I had a little sticker shock with the price, but they're also the softest jeans I own and unique in color. If you're not looking to spend that much on jeans, try these or these as a dupe.

Did anyone catch the Clemson game last night?! I was literally sitting on the edge of my seat the entire game! We are off to watch the Panthers play today, hope everyone has a great Sunday funday! xxx.

The Perfect Neutral Sweater & Scarf Duo

Tis the season for blanket scarves and oversized sweaters my friends, and I just can't get enough! This neutral duo is a showstopper, I mean have you ever seen a scarf and sweater match so perfectly?! If you've been following along, you've probably noticed I have this mock neck sweater in multiple colors (see this post), because why not? It's at the perfect price point, it's versatile, and great quality. I paired it with white jeans for this outfit (I obviously don't follow the rules), which really helped play up the neutral tones for a crisp look. These Vince Camuto pumps are still a fav of mine, and super comfortable! I wear them to work regularly, and they don't bother my feet at all - highly reccommend.

Can ya'll believe it's almost November already!? What are your Thanksgiving plans? We just booked our annual trip to Breckenridge, CO with my family, and I am literally counting down the days. Colorado is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen, if you haven't been, you must add it to your bucket list right now!

Fall Florals

I've never met a bell sleeve I didn't love! Ya'll, this dress was one of the first things I saw when I walked into Nordstrom a few weekends ago. I typically am not a big floral person, but for some reason this little number just caught my eye, and I couldn't wait to try it on. I love how feminine and flirty the babydoll style is, and it looks absolutely amazing with these over the knee boots (which are 25% off right now). To me, this is the perfect look for fall - it will definitely be on repeat!

These pictures were taken during our trip to the pumpkin patch last weekend! Yes, we are adults & yes, we do still go to the pumpkin patch. This is a tradition that both Shane and I grew up with, and we don't plan on changing that anytime soon! Also, if you live in Charlotte - you must go to the Kings Drive Farmers Market and check out the Mums, they are to die for!!!

The $39 Sweater You Need This Fall

I love this look! All black is classic, and you can't go wrong with leggings and an oversized sweater this time of year. I actually liked this sweater so much, I went and got it in two different colors. It's only $39 and great quality, so it's something I can wear for seasons to come. These are also my favorite leggings! They're a little pricey, but they're made by SPANX so they smooth everything out nicely, and they are great quality. Not to mention, the faux leather look can easily be dressed up or down!

I know it's only Tuesday, but I'm already looking foward to the weekend! This week at work has been crazy, and we are headed to the Grove Park Inn in Asheville Saturday! Grove Park has always been on my bucket list, so i'm excited to finally check it off the list and spend some quality time with Shane!

Fall Must Have: Moto Jacket

Moto Jacket // Sleeveless Turtleneck // Distressed jeans // Crossbody bag // Booties (last season via Topshop, similar linked)

This is by far one of the edgiest outfits I've ever posted, but I just can't get over this faux leather moto jacket! I wear a ton of black in the fall/winter, so I know this jacket is going to get tons of use and it is extremely warm! Outside of the moto jacket, you can probably easily recreate this look with pieces you already have in your closet. I wear this sleeveless turtleneck to work all the time, and picked it up at the #Nsale for under $20 earlier this year. My jeans are high-waisted and extra distressed. These jeans didn't feel nearly as soft as others to me, however they're under a $100 and closely resemble designer pairs - so they're worth it. I think this look is perfect for dinner and drinks after work one night! I love mixing in a little edge, keeps everyone on their toes!

Kendall & Kylie Velvet Jumpsuit

Good Morning, it's Monday again! I feel like I still have so much to catch up on, but I finally got around to posting this amazing jumpsuit. Jumpsuits are usually questionable for me, especially if I'm ordering online, due to my height. This one however, is actually a little too long (never happens)! I wore this bad boy in Chicago, although I took the pictures for it in Charlotte to spare my non-blogger friends who we were on vacation with the agony of taking a thousand pictures. We had planned a dinner at an upscale restaurant in Chi, and I really wanted to wear something different. I happened to spot this at Nordstrom while returning something before the trip, and knew I had to try it on. Green is one of my favorite colors to wear, so obvi this beautfiul shade caught my eye. But yall, more importantly, it is so comfortable! I can't rave about the comfort level enough! You literally feel like you are wearing nothing.. in a non awkward way. I do reccommend sizing down though, i usually wear a small, and the extra small was better for this piece. I also just absolutely love the open back, but then again, who doesn't love an open back?! Anyway, with the holidays rolling around before we know it, I plan on wearing this again to a few holiday parties. It's the perfect shade of green for Christmas!

Did everyone make it through hurricane Matthew okay!? One of my best friends got married in Raleigh Saturday, so I spent the weekend celebrating her and her new hubby. She was seriously the most beautiful bride I have ever seen! I'll post a pic of us once she gets them back so ya'll can witness :) I hope everyone has a fantastic week!
